SJKC CHOONG WEN CHESS TOURNAMENT 2024

1. Introduction: The SJKC Choong Wen school would like to invite interested students who are chess players to participate in its annual SJKC CHOONG WEN CHESS TOURNAMENT 2024 which will be held on Friday, 26 July 2024, 9am – 12.30pm at School.

 

2. Eligibility: Choong Wen students only of Standard 1 to 6.

 

3. Date/Time:  26 July 2024, 9am – 12.30pm

 

4. Venue:  Science Lab

 

5.  Format: Players are required to complete all 5-7 rounds depending on number of registrations. Winners are chosen based on the highest accumulative points of all the rounds.

 

6.  Time Control: 15 minutes per player (Rapid), Swiss System

 

7.  Score: Win – 1 point, Draw – ½ point, Loss – 0 point

 

8. Entry Fee:  FOC
